# Finances

**Donations**&#x20;

* The goal for our launch will be to raise minimum of 10 ETH&#x20;
* All donations will be on-chain or converted to on-chain if originally in fiat for full transparency.
* All donors will be listed on the website and be part of the community to give input on the long-term future of this program, and are eligible to join the committee in the future upon voting/approval.

**Transactions**

* All transactions and donations will be public through the multi-sig wallet managed by the signers

**Operations**

* By default 10% of the donations will be reserved for program operations. Operations may include but not limited to: &#x20;
  * Entity fees
  * Accountant fees
  * Legal fees
  * Software tooling
  * Events cost  &#x20;
  * Marketing cost

**Treasury Management**&#x20;

* Asset Allocation: 50/50 ETH/USDC to account for market volatility and risk management&#x20;
  * USDC will be prioritized for spending,&#x20;
  * ETH will prioritized to be staked to generate yields for the health of the fund
* Treasury asset re-balancing can be done every 6 months or cadence deemed reasonable by signers.
