A positive feedback loop starting from
Donors -> Signers-> Council -> Students -> Media -> Next Generations of donors/students
Donors are supporters of the fund that can be individuals, organizations, corporations, or communities. We welcome value aligned donors who believe in the power of education, transparency, integrity, and public goods.
All donors will all be listed on the website with transparent donated amount
Donors will have access to a donors-only community/group chat where we will share updates of the fund - input and discussion are welcomed and extremely valuable, though without actual hard decision-making power.
The minimum donation will be 0.5 ETH per person/community.
Signers are the people who initiated and designed the program. Signers will look after the multi-sig wallet where all funds are maintained, with responsibilities including but not limited to:
Personal donation of minimum 0.5 ETH to kick off the fund and demonstrate commitment to the idea with skin in the game.
Must help fundraise, bring in resources/connections/donations outside of their own
Set up structure and scaffolding for the fund, decide on initial council members
Sign off on budget and complete transaction executions on the multi-sig in a timely and responsible matter.
Manage the multi-sig treasury assets in such as asset allocation, re-balacing, on-ramping fiat (more details in Finances)
